Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition and packaging.

Costs

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. MYOFORM covers reasonable shipping costs for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items.

How to request a return

Contact us with your order number, the reason for the return and photos if the item is faulty or damaged.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received, inspected and approved, to the original payment method.
