Shipping policy

MYOFORM delivers across Nigeria, subject to courier availability.

Order processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch

• Lagos, Ibadan and Abeokuta: 1-3 business days
• Other major cities: 2-5 business days
• Remote locations: 3-7 business days

Shipping fees
We do not charge delivery fees at checkout. The delivery fee is set by the courier based on your delivery location and distance, and you pay it directly to the courier when your order is delivered. Please be ready to pay the courier when your order arrives.

Please note
Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of courier delays, public holidays or other unforeseen circumstances. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct at checkout, because couriers will call you to arrange delivery. If you refuse delivery or cannot be reached, the order may be returned to us, and we may ask you to cover the delivery costs before we send it again. When your package arrives, we recommend taking a photo or short video as you open it.

Delivery problems
If your order is late or does not arrive, email us at myoform.shop@gmail.com. We reply within 24 hours on business days.

International shipping
MYOFORM currently ships within Nigeria only. International shipping is not available at launch, and we plan to explore additional delivery destinations as the brand grows. Customers outside Nigeria can follow MYOFORM for future international shipping announcements.
